The NPDES-West has reviewed the Town of Maiden 201 Facilities Plan/Environmental
Assessment and has no objections to the approval of the project on the condition that Delta
Apparel meets their color removal requirements under the terms of settlement with DWQ.
The NPDES-West also concurs with the conclusions of Engineering Alternative Analysis.
