I am assisting R J Reynolds Tobacco Company (RJRT) will updating their facility information in preparation for reporting
in eDMR. They have two facilities under the NCG06 general permit. Below are the following changes that need to be
made to the facility and contact information. I have also attached the signed eReporting Registration Form to get them
setup in eDMR. Please let us know if you have any questions or if you require anything further.
NCG060079 — R J Reynolds Tobacco Company —Tobaccoville Plant
• Update Facility Name from "Tobaccoville Plant" to "Tobaccoville Manufacturing Center"
• Update facility address from "100 RJR Moore Dr" to "7855 Doral Drive". The city and zip code will remain the
same.
• Remove Della Hasan as a Facility Contact Person and Permit Contact Person.
• Remove Lindsey Alello and Kim Beauchamp as the Persons with Delegated Signatory Authority.
• Add Colin Betchan as a Facility Contact Person, Permit Contact Person, and a Person with Delegated Signatory
