attached 2021 Draft UNC SWMP (see Part 4.1 and Appendix B)
d. MS4 map of outfalls and receiving waters-attached as EHS Hazmat Spill Response Map (shows major and minor

e. Formal stormwater program implementation agreements with any other entities-NA, no agreements with

UNC-CH's industrial activities (Co-Generation Facility and Hazardous Materials Facility/Service Station) are regulated by
two NPDES industrial stormwater permits. Both of these facilities operate under their own Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plans (SWPPPs). We also have a campus-wide Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan. If
you would like to see the SWPPPs or the SPCC Plan, please let me know and we will provide this documentation to you.
