Dear Sir:
In item 5c of the updated Fast -Track application (FTA 02/03), the owner of the downstream
sewer (the influent pump station near the WWTP) is Harnett County Public Utilities. Harnett
County recently purchased the Town of Lillington's influent pump station and WWTP and has
since renamed the facility the North Harnett Regional WWTP. Lillington did not have a permit
number of their former influent pump station or other portions of the collection system. The
Lillington collection system was constructed approximately 80 to 90 years ago. Harnett County
is unable to provide us with the permit number of the downstream sewer acquired from
Lillington, and we cannot provide this information to you concerning its application to this
proj ect.
