American Zinc Products, LLC ("AZP") received your Notice of Violation (NOV), dated
August 3rd, 2020. The NOV was issued in reference reported a frequency violation for
pH monitoring on the June 2020 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) submitted by the
AZP facility in Mooresboro, North Carolina (the "Facility).
To address this matter and reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence, a system has been
developed to verify pH monitoring is being accomplished and results are recorded in a
timely manner. We commenced use of this system on August 3rd, 2020.
