PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on 05-12-2021 Ryan Klaff(104 Hume Ave, Potomac, VA 22301) applied
to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR)for a 401 Individual Water Quality Certification, pursuant to
Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500.The activity for which this
certification is sought regards residential development.The DWR's proposed date of final action on the
application is 06-13-2021.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on
06-13-2021. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form
here: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/401 Public Notice Comments.Written comments may also be
mailed to:401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617.
The application is available online. Information for accessing the application/ project information online
