The PCN notes that for stormwater purposes, the Town of King will review the project, however the location of the project makes it subject to Phase II NPDES Stormwater regulations implemented by DWR Central Office Stormwater Unit. Please confirm that this project will be submitted to the DWR Central Office for a State Stormwater Phase II permit. The stormwater plan is being submitted to the state for review. 2. The outlet of culvert crossing #2 appears to not be in alignment with the natural stream and instead is directing flow towards the outside of a meander bend. Please review this alignment in more detail and provide either an i alignment that is more in line with the natural channel, or provide a revised plan that addresses long term stability ofthe streannbankatthis location. The culvert has been realigned. The revised exhibit is attached. In order to realign the channel the culvert/headwall impacts increased by I linear foot (0.00007 acres) and keyed in rip rap increased by linear feet (0.00009 acres). I will place this project "on hold" until receipt of a response to this email.
