The attached draft permit and Draft Final Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) will be published
for public notice on or before Wednesday, May 19, 2021. Comments received by June 18, 2021 will
be considered in the final permit issuance. The final issuance of the permit and approved SWMP
will resolve all outstanding items under Notice of Violation number NOV-2019-PC-0717.
