Hi Dave and Sue. Thanks again for the site visit. Attached are an updated cover letter, figures, ORM sheet and shapefiles.
Following our meeting I refined the lines based off the suggested changes we observed in the field. We also received
some survey info for our flags and the LiDAR you suggested Dave helped a bunch. You didn't get to see the additions in
the far western and eastern portions of the project area. I based delineation of those features off our field verifications
of similar features in the project area. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like additional information.

Please see the attached meeting Richland Creek pdf. The closest address is 1289 Elon PI, High Point NC 27263. This
location is near a perennial stream, intermittent stream, ephemeral stream and wetland. Should be a good place to
start. The attached abandoned sewer limits pdf is a little messy but it also shows this access point (pg 2, figure 3) and
others in the project area. Looking forward to seeing you both tomorrow. Thank you.

Hi Sue. I'm checking with my engineers to see if we have specific areas. I don't believe we have many impacts planned. It
is spot repairs and impacts would be for access mainly along the existing easement. I will let you know though. Here is

Thanks Jason, hope you're doing well. I have a few moving pieces that need to fall into place before setting a site visit
date on this one (should be mid -November). When we do meet though, I recommend that Sue Homewood (NCDWR)
attend as well for 401/buffer purposes. In the meantime, could you send me a few items to aid in my review:
1. Shapefile or kmz/kml file of the Project Area and delineation of potential waters of the US;
2. MS Excel ORM Upload Sheet for all waters associated with the project area (attached —just the "AqResources"
tab).
