While reviewing the Compliance Biomonitoring Inspection Report for the Department of
Correction's McCain Correctional Hospital WWTP (NPDES Permit NC0035904) I noticed that you
still have Mr. William Stovall named as the responsible official for this facility. Please
see theattached letter • concerning the change in signatory authority for all DOC
environmental permitting concerns. Mr. Stovall has moved to the Secretary's office and Mr.
G. J. Freeman, P.E. is now the Director of Engineering. Please update your records for all
future permit matters and direct all your communications to Mr. Freeman.
