Hey Jerry and Aaron,
Could one of you send me copies of NPDES records for the week(s) following the inspections that noted your
turbidity curtain coming loose in the pond at Permit Site 13. I want to confirm that repair/re-attachment was
made to the curtain. I recall it was mentioned it came loose on two occasions? So I only need the reports for
the week(s) that show the malfunction was discovered and when it was fixed. I apologize, I usually take
pictures of the reports when I review them but I forgot on this occasion.
Jerry,
As mentioned yesterday, we need DOT to arrange for turbidity testing in the pond in a few locations below the
outlet of Permit Site 13. We are concerned that turbidity may exceed WQ Standards. Attached is a
spreadsheet of labs certified for field parameters including turbidity. Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks.
Dave W.
