Comment: I reviewed several weeks of records from February 2021 - April 2021. All records were kept over that
period and signed as required. Staff from Thalle, Inc. (Travis Ross) was present at the office trailer
during my review. I recevied a call from Kimberly Tumey from WS DEMLR on April 26, 2021
regarding a complaint from a pond owner downstream of permit Sites 13 and 14. She wanted to inform
me of the issue and that she had met DOT out there the week prior. Her office is drafting a report
about the inspection of EC measures and recommendations. The pond owner is complaining of sedimen
discharges to his pond. The report has not been provided as of this writing. I subsequently requested
more NPDES records via email when it was determined that the turbidity curtain came loose on two
occassions once each in Jan and Nov of 2020. Records indicated that repairs were made.
