Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental
Quality has adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees
are working remotely or are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, The Winston-
Salem Regional office is presently closed to the public, except by appointment only. We are still accepting
mail and reviewing erosion control plans. Temporary modifications to our express review procedures are in
effect. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this
challenging time.

should be sent to? Additionally it’s our understanding you were performing turbidity testing

April 22 on the subject project? I expect that DEMLR will be issuing a report and I was curious what that will look like?
Since your visit, pavement is now in place on the roadbed at the areas that we reviewed together.
