Mr. Lane,
If Tryon Pointe LLC will be the new responsible party for NCC202092 (3210 Sanderford Road), they need to apply for a
new COC. We cannot transfer ownership of an existing COC, unfortunately. If the two sites are contiguous and will be
covered under the some E&SC Plan, you could alternatively apply for a modification to NCC202092 to include the
additional work. It really depends on how Wake County is handling the E&SC Plan and/or views the projects as separate.
In either scenario, once that new COC is issued (or the new E&SC is added to the current COC NCC211704, 3216
Sanderford Road), the current permit -holder (Jesucristo Fuente De Amor Y Vida) needs to submit a Notice of
Termination and include info that the revised work is covered under a different COC (and provide that COC permit
number). I will record this correspondence in these permit files for future reference. Let us know if you have any
additional questions.
Best regards,

Good morning,
Thank you for sending the reminder for the fee will be needed for the NPDES permit for the project. We would
like to renew as it is needed for upcoming work on this site.
Over the last year due to Covid and material prices, the proposed Church project at 3210 Sanderford Road with
this associated NPDES permit is on hold and will not be constructed first as originally planned. However, the
Tryon Pointe Subdivision at 3216 Sanderford Road has begun and has shares interrelated utility and road work
associated with the Church that will still need to be constructed. Currently I am working with Wake County to
amend the land disturbance permit for the Financially Responsibility/Ownership to perform the interrelated
work on the Church site. Wake County mentioned that the NPDES and COC for the Church site may also need
to be changed to reflect the subdivision project and responsible party now being Tryon Pointe LLC.
I have attached both COC's for the projects and I would greatly appreciate assistance to know what is needed to
have the correct project, owner, and responsible parties listed on the NPDES permit for 3210 Sanderford Road.
I hope I haven't been too confusing in this request and please contact me if I can help with questions.
Best regards,
David Lane
