Dear Ms. Manuel
Due to the excessive rain and subsequent runoff to the wastewater plant we exceeded our BOD
limits for two daily's and the monthly for February. The area around the plant and the beds
have been consistently wet and is just starting to dry out. Since the area is starting to dry out
the permit limits are starting to be met.
We will be in compliance for the month of March and our first sample in April was in
compliance also.
