A site visit was not performed as part of this review. The AR indicates that a total of 207,000 gallons of Class B residuals were applied on a 10.17 acre permitted field. The data presented in the AR indicates on VOCs are not present in the sludge. However, low concentrations of SVOCs were noted to be present. The presence of SVOCs is within the permitted level of the SVOC constituents. The SVOCs being reported may be the result of the industry that discharges to the facility. The Fecal reduction appears to be within permit limits. PAN values are within permit limits. SAR values are within the permit limit. However, no SAR calculation was presented as part of the AR. The MRO requests that future reports include the populated SAR calculation. The AR does not indicate that any sludge was sent to a landfill for final disposal. Reductions using Alt. 1 VS reduction to prove an adequate reduction of fecal coliform resulted in a geometric mean of 1,547 MPN. Geometric Mean of < 2,000,000 Meets Class B VS pathogen reduction. Sampling Describe sampling: Seven samples were collected before the LA event to determine a geometric mean. The Geometric mean was 1,547 MPN/gram dry weight. This meets the requirements of the permit. Is sampling adequate? Is sampling representative?
