Do you know the name of the staff member you would like to request a meeting with?
No - Possibly Holley Snider (DWR) and Rachel Capito

Please give a brief project description below and include location information.*
This project will be to permit a NWP#29 and 401 Cert for wetland fill
for a proposed roadway (Verraaano Ct) and cross pipe for the
Stones Landing Section IV at Onslow Bay project. Total fill area is
1065 sf. This site is upstream from what was determined to be a blue -
line stream, so vegetated setbacks do not apply, just 404 wetlands.
Additionally as shown on the attached .pdf, the pipe is shown
perpendicular to latest guidance from NCDOT for subdivision pipe
design. However with their approval this be revised for the pipe to be
installed directly in the flow line of the wetland gut. This would not
alter the area of the needed fill limits.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
