This project is still on pre -filling hold until May 1st. After the 1st you can submit the application via the PCN form located
here:
https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/Pre-Construction Notification Form
You will need to submit drawings/cross-section details of the proposed culvert. Please also check with David Brown with
the USACE to see what requirements are needed on his end/what Nationwide Permit applies to this project.
