APPROVAL OF STORM WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN EXPRESS REVIEW PROGRAM
Dear Mr. Oleksy:
The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) has reviewed the Storm Water Management Plan received on May
24, 2007 and revisions received on June 1, 2007 for the above-referenced site.
This Stormwater Management Plan will satisfy the stormwater conditions required by the Individual 401
Water Quality Certification issued on December 1, 2005. You are required to meet the following
condition (as well as the conditions contained within the Water Quality Certification):
1. The applicant and/or authorized agent shall contact the DWQ Express Review Program in writing
at the letterhead address within ten (10) days of the commencement of construction.
This letter completes the review of the Division of Water Quality under Section 401 of the Clean Water
