U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has previously issued a Nationwide Permit Nos. 29 and 27 Verification for this project. This Permit Modification Request will request authorization for one more additional open trench sewerline crossing. This crossing was originally designed to be constructed utilizing jack -and -bore methods; however, due to the rock that was recently encountered at the other stream crossings, it was determined that the jack -and -bore method would not be feasible at this location. The total number of open cut crossings will be five. Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting. Please attach the documentation you would like to have the meeting about.
