The Olive Branch East project is located at 551 Olive Branch Road in
Durham, NC and is approximately 19.5 acres. Existing conditions
onsite consists of forested land with three (3) wetland features and
one (1) perennial stream feature that is located along the eastern
property boundary. General land use in the vicinity of the project
consists of forested land as well as single family residential structures
located just west of this project. This project proposes the
construction of a multi -family residential development including but
not limited to, roadway infrastructure, residential lots, utilities, and
SCMs. Specifically, there is one utility crossing associated with
wetlands, buffer and streams impact.
