Please give a brief project description below and include location information. *
This project proposes the construction of a mixed use single-family
and multi family residential development including but not limited to;
roadway infrastructure, residential lots, utilities, greenway, SCM's,
mailbox kiosk and amenities. This project is located at 1801 Rolesville
road in Rolesville, NC and is approximately 90.65 acres. There are
proposed wetland, stream and buffer impacts associated with a
greenway, utility crossing, and road crossing. Existing conditions
onsite consists primarily of forested and agricultural land with some
single-family rural structures. Specifically, there are three (3) wetland
features, one (1) pond, one (1) perennial stream, and one (1)
intermittent stream. General land use in the vicinity of the project is
mainly single-family rural houses with maintained land and forested
land. Mitchell Mill Road bounds the property to the east and
Rolesville Road bounds the property to the west.
