Please be advised that ongoing remedial action is being taken to correct the deficiencies in the
collection system contributing to the sanitary sewer overflows.
The District has contracted with Freese and Nichols to perform a sanitary sewer evaluation using
flow meters and modeling. The evaluation encompasses the upstream basins, mains and outfalls
contributing to this SSO. The metering portion of the project has been completed but the
evaluation and model has not. The District expects recommendations for further rehabilitation to
be submitted soon.
