With the exception of the original complaint from the complainant, here begins the email chain for the DOT complaint.
Subsequent emails should have a good deal of project information including the cover sheet for the plans that will have
the project #, etc. If there’s something you need (names, my report when I finally finish writing it, additional pictures
from the complainant or pictures I took, etc.), just let me know and I’ll get it to you asap. If you’d like me to accompany
you when you go out (Tyler Pearson and myself were last out on April 22), just let me know and I’ll arrange my schedule
accordingly.

I hope you are well, sir! I’d love to hear how your Northern Trails race went!

I received a complaint related to the project located near US 70/Edgewood Church Road (Mebane, Alamance County). It
appears there have been significant impacts to a private pond there, and that other measures need attention to control
loss into additional streams and surrounding drainage areas. If this is your project, please look at your schedule and let
me know when you are available to meet onsite to perform an inspection. If not, could you please let me know who I
need to contact.
