Following our onsite meeting on February 5, 2013, your request for the revision of
the NW 23 permit (SAW- 2011 - 01174) for TIP# B -4488; Craven 176 in Havelock, North
Carolina and received on February 6, 2013 has been approved with the following
additional Special Conditions:
ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. The original permit and all subsequent revisions and the conditions contained
therein remain in effect. Please refer to the attached Special Conditions issued
with the original permit.
2. The moratorium on in -water work originally requested by NCWRC (FeblS- Sep30) has
been extended to 28 February 2013 by approval of Travis Wilson / NCWRC; as per the
correspondence submitted with this modification request.
3. This revision allows additional temporary wetland impacts of 103' square feet in
the form of hand clearing in wetlands for construction of culvert wing walls.
4. No additional mitigation will be required for these additional temporary impacts.
