On January 10, 2013 your application was received for the subject project. After reviewing your
application we have found it to be incomplete and will require additional information from you so we can
complete our review. Until an acceptable package for the requested 401 permit is received this project will be
placed on hold.
The following is required:
• A new updated PCN form reflecting the changes from the original submittal.
• Revised sets of plans from the new project engineer.
• Stormwater plans for this project.
• Identify the agency that will be reviewing the stormwater plans for this project.
• A mitigation plan for impacts.
You have the opportunity to utilize the Ecosystem Enhancement Program (EEP), a fee based program
for purchasing credits for the stream impacts.
Pursuant to 15A NCAC 2H .0507(h), please be advised that this project will be placed on hold until all
the requested information is submitted, in addition failure to summit this information within 30 days of receipt
of this letter may result in the application being withdrawn from consideration.
