Greetings Michael,
We had a meeting with our environmental engineering consultants (Shield Engineering), and had them look over our
stormwater permit application. They said I had answered question 14 b incorrectly, we do not fall under the hazardous
waste generator category. I should have marked 14 b as 'NO'.
How do I go about amending our application? Is this email sufficient, or do I need to fill out the application again and re-
submit it?
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou

Greetings Michael,
Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.
We don't manufacture here on location, we purchase oil from manufacturers and sell to end users. The only waste we
get is from picking up empty drums back from the customer that sometimes have water in them. Or on rare occasions, a
tote will get rain water in it.
Type(s) of Waste: unused oil and water mix
How is material stored: we have a spill pit that we put contaminated product into
Where is material stored: the spill pit is inside
How many disposal shipments per year: about 6
Name of transport / disposal vendor: Universal Environmental Services
Vendor address: 7107 Choctaw Ct, Browns Summit, NC 27214
If there is anything else I can help with, please let me know.
