Inspection Summary:
On April 13, 2021, the Dan River facility was inspected as a follow up to the rerouting of Outfall SWO10.
At the time of inspection, the draingage area leading to Outfall SWO10 appeared to have no industrial activity associated
with it. Outfall SWO10 was discharging to a rip rap channel leading to the Dan River. Furthermore, the area in which Outfall
SWO10 had been previously rerouted was no longer receiving any runoff asscociated with Outfall SW010.
It is recommended that Outfall SWO10 be removed from the permit.
