Inspection Summary:
This site was inspected for compliance on April 28, 2021 in association with a recently issued Notice of Violations
(NOV-2021-PC-0190). At the time of inspection, it was stated that a SWPPP would be developed and implemented as soon
as reasonably possible. Please give notice to this office for a re -inspection of the site once the SWPPP has been developed,
approved, and implemented.
