Hi Bethany —
I am writing to inform you based upon your highlighted recommendation below that Crown has officially purchased the adjoining
property to ours. The address to our existing property is 2000 Dobbs Farm Road Kinston, NC. The additional property we will be
adding to our current permit coverage is located at 1800 Dobbs Farm Road, Kinston, NC. I have attached our existing cert of
coverage.
Please let us know if there is anything else you need from us at this time to add this new property to our stormwater permit
coverage.
Thank you and best regards,

Andy, if it's adjoining property, there may not be much to do except revise the SPPP and related
documents/sampling/maps etc. accordingly. If there is a different waterbody that stormwater will flow to, we'll have to
add that to the COC as a modification, so the company would need to let us know about that. We just cannot add
something to the permit coverage that is non-contiguous or nearby enough to be considered part of the same site
because COCs cover one location.
Even if the waterbody does not change, I'd recommend notifying DEQ of the addition if / when it becomes official, so we
can add it to the permit records.

Hi Bethany —
A quick question for you: Crown is entertaining the idea in the future of purchasing an adjoining property to our existing property.
was curious how we would go about adding the new property to our current notice of intent? Or would we need to submit a
separate NOI for the new site, and join them at a later date?
Thank you for your help and guidance,
