Dear Mr. Hunkele:
We are requesting a modification to existing permit WQ0041450 MOD to remove the
second lift station and 95 if of 1.5" force main which was added with the previous
modification. Calculations are provided to show the permitted flow of 1,000 gpd can be
handled by the one 15 gpm lift station originally permitted.
Attached please find copies of the previous permits, revised application, new
calculations, revised topo map, and a check to cover the application fee for the
modification.
