This analysis has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and II plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I am the responsible party. More specifically, the pump station is located at latitude 34.3889°, longitude-77.6617°. The pump station is governed by permit WQ0037824 and provides service to the residential development in the Villages at Olde Point and Carolina Creek Subdivisions. Under the current permit, as most recently modified on January 11, 2016, the pump station is set to operate at 144-gallons per minute with on -site audible and visual high water alarms, telemetry, and a permanent on -site back-up pump. Based on recent observation and drawdown testing, the pump station is operating below the required duty point of 144 gallons per minute as a result of increased pressure in the downstream receiving force main. All other required components and operating conditions are in conformance with the permit. Under this proposed permit modification, Bill Clark Homes of Wilmington, LLC, on behalf of Pluris Hampstead, LLC, proposes to install new pumps with higher pumping capacity. Calculations based on the observed system pressure show that new duplex pumps will operate at a duty point of 146-gallons per minute at 154 feet total dynamic head, which will provide capacity for additional wastewater to be generated by additional phases of the Carolina Creek subdivision (WQ0039568). The Villages at Olde Point pump station discharges to the Pluris Hampstead WWTP (Permit WQ0037824). z D6 I _ VVJIJ [ qOZ 'y/ Jf Z PSp i _.
