Turn right on W Leonard Street and travel 0.28 miles. Turn left on Burrington Avenue and travel 85 feet to the site. The site is located on the west side of Burrington Avenue. This project was originally permitted for "599 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer to serve 15 three -bedroom residences... and the discharge of 3,600 gallons per day...". The length, number of residences, and discharge are to be changed to the values listed below. The changes were made due to a redesign of the subdivision. The proposed sanitary sewer system is to serve 8 three -bedroom lots. The flow required is 1,920 GPD based on approved reduced flow rate of 80 gpd/bedroom. There is 340.80 LF of 8" public sanitary sewer gravity main being proposed for this project. The length of the gravity sewer main is based on the distance from inside wall of manhole to inside wall of manhole. The proposed 8" sanitary sewer gravity main will discharge into the existing sanitary sewer manhole just outside the existing pump station at the intersection of Burrington Avenue & W Leonard Street. • µ@ (I w:w.. , '`w3 x, a r uc, v¢y- vv Id v5 - .. m n P E e ' x 7.k"X Fk-'; N +* x nF'J •'c.i ` i "mow M + .✓ e. ` w ^` ^ x y„" rp r Y W S n Y y qx m W m NC ONEMAP AERIAL IMAGERY DATE: 2016 ur \ y fl 00-• !'::.:'., aTHIS IS NOT A SURVEY. c"I Z .OMA I O DOWNSTR CONNECTION POINT (EX.
