I'm attaching our Stormwater Permit Delegation of Signature Authority Form for our Weldon location
(NCG030151). Will we need to submit the hardcopy of this to your office to complete the process?
Going forward, William Bollinger (EHS Manager) will be the main point of contact for permit related correspondence for
the Weldon facility, but I will continue to support them, as needed.

Good afternoon.
The NCG030000 is a General Permit that will automatically renew, as long as annual fees are current.
A letter will be sent soon regarding how to obtain an updated COC after it renews.

NCS00171 is an Individual Industrial permit, unfortunately, we are a little behind on renewing Industrial
Stormwater Permits. Your permit is on the schedule to be renewed in 2022. Currently the position that
handles that program is vacant and it will be a while before I am able to fill it, so it is possible your renewal will
be delayed until 2023.
As long as you have submitted your permit renewal application in a timely manner and remain up to date on
your permit fees, you can continue to discharge stormwater under the conditions of your current and soon to
be expired permit. Which you have. See the Schedule for Renewing NPDES SW Permits for information on
which year your permit will be renewed.

We have submitted the 2020 DMR's for:
9 Roanoke Rapids (NCG030151) online, and still need to send in the hardcopy

• Henderson (NCS000171), online and hardcopy submitted last year
I'm waiting for the signatory authority forms for both from our Global manager and will get them submitted as soon as I
receive them.
What further actions do we need to complete before our Stormwater permits are renewed for both locations?
