Hello Bethany, My name is Austen Meyer, I am assisting Waste Connections — Queen City Transfer Station with their stormwater permit. We have collected sampling in April and I was wondering if this facility (COC NCG130079) has a specific DMR that should be filled out. I found the general DMR for NCG130000, however this does not include specific parameters that are required (COD, Fecal Coliform, Cu, and Zn). Do you want us to include those results in the Notes section or do you have a facility specific DMR for this site? Thanks for any assistance you might have, I appreciate it!
