The new subdivision layout is proposed to contain 83 single-family three -bedroom residential lots; each with the NCDEQ-approved flow reduction allocation of 210 gallons per day (gpd). The total daily design flow is 17,430 gallons per day (gpd). This is a reduction from the previously permitted 99 lots (20,790 gpd). The subdivision will be serviced by a proposed gravity sewer system and one centralized pump station that will discharge sewer into an existing Brunswick Regional Water and Sewer (H2GO) sewer force main line located on the south side of Goodman Road (SR 1414). The proposed pump station is designed to service all the residential lots at 210 GPD. Due the sewer force main tie-in pressures, the proposed pump station has capacity for additional flow. However, that additional capacity is not being applied for as part of this application. Included with this submittal are provided below.
