Thanks Dave. I had asked Jerry to send me PCN’s/coordinate on projects that likely fit NWP 3 if the projects involve
permanent impacts to >=0.05 acre of wetlands and/or the loss of >20 linear feet of stream channel; this is so we can
verify that such projects include no more than minor deviations in the structure's configuration or filled area, and
because we may require compensatory mitigation. I hope to look through the PCN you referenced soon, and I’ll cc you
on any correspondence. Thanks for the head up about the non-notifying 401. If I don’t talk to you before, have a good
weekend!

When you get the chance, take a look at this one--DOT is requesting a 404/401 on this NW3, but I’m thinking
it does not need written authorization. It does not on our end. PCN attached. Thanks.

Stream impacts are 30’(perm) and 33’ (temp).
