Mr. Cain had the $$ right & the PCN sets right but I'm not sure this will be a GP56.
His last application (V107 -0545) was a GP 30.
Did not want to hold up the application for that alone + he obviously was not sure
of the impacts.
I figure you can talk with him and /or visit the site to determine what's what.
Just trying to be a "kinder gentler" DWQ.
