Any departure from any provisions of the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance, or any requirements of any applicable state or local law, or any failure to execute the provisions of this permit or the approved Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan with because for revocation of this permit and may result in legal action by the City of Greenville as prescribed by the Ordinance. Any permit or Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan mistakenly issued or approved in violation of any applicable state or local law is void. The City of Greenville may inspect the site for which this permit is issued at anytime to ensure conformance with the conditions of this permit. The Office of the City Engineer must inspect and approve the installation of erosion control measures before any land disturbing activity (beyond that required to install the measures) may proceed. This Permit shall expire six months from the date of issuance if the land -disturbing activity is not undertaken by that time. A copy of the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan must be available on site at all times. Issuance of this permit does not give permission to begin any building construction nor does it guarantee issuance of a building or construction permit. Notes: 1. Call for inspections at the proper stage of work. 2. This permit shall expire in accordance with section 9-1-59 of the City code. 3.
