The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Town of Rutherfordton RLAP
2020 Annual Report on 5/06/2021. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in
compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0032855. The findings
and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report
entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".

There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this

Inspection Summary:
Mikal Willmer, with the Asheville Regional Office, conducted a review of the Town of Rutherfordton's RLAP 2020 Annual
Report on May 6, 2021. This review was conducted to determine whether the program is being maintained in compliance
with Non-Discharge Permit No. WQ0032855.
US Biosolids submitted a "no application" report for 2020 on behalf of the Town. The attached letter indicates residuals from
the Town were land applied under US Biosolids RLAP Permit (WQ0037135). The Annual Report for WQ0037135 will be
reviewed by the Winston-Salem Regional Office.
