Myself, Paul Clark, Beth McLaughlin and Tim Robbins met over Teams on 05/05/2021 to discuss the
Benson MS4 permit compliance status. Benson has retained a consultant to assist with developing
their SWMP v2, and they expect to submit within the next 30 days.

Benson was informed that DEMLR is not issuing any compliance extensions, the goal is compliance
not enforcement and penalties, and that a note to the file would be considered in any advanced
enforcement action or penalty assessments going forward.
