This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0015234. There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. The purpose of the evaluation was to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit W00015234. New owner, Sue McCaskill, was present during the inspection. This single family residence was purchased in September of 2020 and a Change of Ownership application was submitted on April 6, 2021. The wastewater system has been maintained by a certified subsurface operator since the new owners have occupied the residence. The operator is scheduled to check and maintain the system twice a year and more if needed. The wastewater system, as well as the drip irrigation field, appeared to be operational and in good condition. Requirements of the Single Family Residence Permit were reviewed with the new home owner during the inspection. Please notify the Wilmington Regional Office of any noncompliance with the permit The facility is compliant with non -discharge permit W00015234.
