River School Road, Wade, NC 28395 Grantors; to WOODHAVEN
PARTNERS, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, whose
mailing address is P.O. Box 2048, Raeford, NC 28376, Grantee;
W I T N E S S E T H:
That Grantors, for a valuable consideration paid by
Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have sold,
and by these presents, do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
Grantee, his heirs and assigns, in fee simple, that parcel of
land lying and being in McLauchlin Township, Hoke County, North
BK 1240 PG 0930
Carolina, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid parcel of land and
all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to Grantee in
fee simple.
And Grantors covenant with Grantee that Grantors are
seized of said premises in fee, have the right to convey the
same in fee simple, that title is marketable and free and clear
of all encumbrances, and that Grantors will warrant and defend
the title against the claims of all persons whomsoever, subject
to valid and enforceable utility easements, rights -of -way and
restrictions of record, if any, and a pro rata share of the
current year's ad valorem property taxes.
The designation Grantors and Grantee as used herein
shall include said parties, their heirs, successors and assigns,
and shall include singular, plural, masculine, feminine or
neuter as required by context.

29, 2014, and recorded in Plat Cabinet 4, Slide 4-67, Map 003,
