This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non -discharge Permit No. WQ0032827. He performs most of the maintenance/upkeep to the system. Steve is an engineer that helps him with the system occasionally. System was very clean and had recently been pumped. Has generator on site for hurricanes. Alarms are functioning and work inside house as well. Reminded permittee to keep maintenance log when chlorine tabs are checked, changed, and when system maintenance is required. Permittee stated that logs were lost in Hurricane Florence, but he provided receipts of maintenance and work completed. Field has good coverage and is well maintained. The high water alarm was tested 2 weeks before inspection.
