It has been brought to my attention that the NPDES Stormwater Permit for the Rinker Materials facility located at 827
Blair Street, Thomasville NC 27360 is up for renewal. Cancelling this permit has been a very difficult challenge.
Rinker Materials sold this property on June 15, 2017 to RMX North Carolina. Since that time, several efforts have been
made to cancel the permit through NC DEHNR. Attached are documents supporting this cancellation.
Please advise how to proceed in order to ensure this permit is properly terminated.
