On May 21, 2014, the Wilmington Regional Office received a request to revise the approved plans for Stormwater
Management Permit Number SW8 000245. The revisions include reallocating the impervious area as shown in the attached
table. Lot 41 has been allocated an additional 640sf of impervious area which has been taken from the "future" available
impervious area in DA2. It has been determined that a formal permit modification is not required for the proposed changes.
We are forwarding you an approved copy of the revised plans for your files. The plan sheets previously approved on June 17,
2013 remain in effect.
Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on June 17, 2013, remain in full force and effect.
Please also understand that the approval of this revision to the approved plans for the subject State Stormwater Permit is
done on a case -by -case basis. Any other changes to this project must be approved through this Office prior to
construction. The issuance of this plan revision does not preclude the permittee from complying with all other applicable
statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances which may have jurisdiction over the proposed activity, and obtaining a permit or
approval prior to construction.

*The 2007 permit incorrectly wrote the permit for 30% even though it is within a half mile of and draining to SA waters where the regulation required 25%. Since the 2007 permit already granted 30% impervious, the January 2013 permit also granted 30% impervious.
**If an individual drainage area goes above 10% of the regulated amount (in this case 35%), then that drainage area is a pocket of high density. The 'future" amount listed shows the amount in DA1 & DA2 that can be built and stay within 35%. The remainder 'future"
area to give overall 30% is allocated to the conservation area.
*** Midway Mobile Home Park (Phase 3) is not included in the project area.

Georgette Scott forwarded your voicemail to me. It looks like you will be able to give Lot #41 an extra 640sf of
impervious area. It can be re -allocated from the "future" impervious area available in drainage area 2 (DA2). I have
drafted the attached Plan Revision and revised master table for your review. Please confirm that this is the change that
you are requesting, and also send in the Plan Revision form which is available on our website,
http://portal.ncdenr.ore/web/ir/state-stormwater-forms docs. You do not need to send in new sets of plans. This will
simply be a change to the numbers in the table and I will re -approve the existing plans from 6/17/14.
