REMARKS:
* The stated purpose of the proposed proiect is to protect the corner of a building. This can be
accomplished by a much smaller proiect that is less intrusive environmentally and should be thoroughly
explored and presented.
* The 2 -pa2e cost analysis of various alternatives stapled to the back cover of the document does not appear
to include potential mitigation costs.
• There is no letter of commitment from a private bank or NCEEP to provide stream mitigation.
• The proiect plans submitted with the application can be no larger than 11x17 in size.
