Mr. Mark Hamlett is requesting a modification of State Permit No. 90 -12. State Permit No. 90 -12 was issued to the NC
Wildlife Resources Commission on July 30, 2012 for the replacement of the existing boat ramp and dock and creation of
an ADA- compliant parking space. The permit will expire on December 31, 2015.
Mr. Hamlett is requesting that the permit be modified to allow for the installation of a concrete pad under the authorized
dock. The concrete pad would measure 36' in length by 8' in width. It would connect to the authorized abutment and
terminate at the normal high water line.
The applicant has not yet submitted the modification fee in the amount of $100.00, but is in the process of doing so by
electronic transfer.
Please submit any comments or concerns regarding the proposed development to Doug Huggett in writing before February
1, 2013 if at all possible as the NCWRC is making every attempt to abide.by the February I moratorium. This office has no
objection to the permit modification request.
