Thanks Sue. FYI, attached is the non-exposure submittal being sent today. I am planning on being back in NC next week
and will make the Tuesday meeting with Annette Lucas.

For our written responses to the public comments, it would be nice to point out how much cleaner our operation will be
as compared to the previous owner (RJ Reynolds) for items such as the sanitary sewer system, and air emissions from
their fumigation process, etc. Is there a record of what RJR had for permits with the state of NC that could be shared
with us for reference?
