The site has not been sold yet, but the building has been vacant since the end of 2016 when operations ceased. There is no manufacturing being done at the facility —all machines were moved out of the building. Are the permits still required if we are not discharging anything into the stormwater? I have attached a Stormwater Permit Summary Report for your reference and looped in my colleague, Michelle, who placed the call. Is it possible that this site was sold and a transfer of the permit to the new owner was not made?
